Our standards exist to protect the public, elevate the quality of holistic care in Arkansas, and ensure that practitioners within our network reflect excellence in both skill and character.
The Arkansas Wellness Collective was built with intention. We are not simply creating a directory — we are building a trusted statewide network of wellness professionals who operate with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to serving their communities.
Integrity First
We believe wellness work is sacred work. Practitioners within the Collective operate from a strong ethical foundation. They conduct their businesses with honesty, transparency, and respect for client wellbeing.
Trust is the backbone of this network — and we protect it carefully.
Professionalism, Transparency & Scope of Practice
The Arkansas Wellness Collective values professionalism, integrity, and responsible practice across all wellness modalities. While some fields require formal licensure or certification and others do not, we believe transparency is essential. Practitioners are encouraged to clearly communicate their education, training, certifications (where applicable), and scope of practice so clients can make informed decisions.
Wellness is a diverse and evolving field — ranging from clinically licensed professions to more abstract modalities — and our network honors that diversity while maintaining high standards of ethical conduct, continued growth, and respect for professional boundaries. Our goal is not to gatekeep modalities, but to foster clarity, accountability, and trust within the communities we serve.
Strong Community Standing
Members of the Collective are expected to be in good standing within their communities. They have positive client relationships, strong referrals, and a reputation for delivering meaningful results.
We value practitioners whose work speaks for itself through satisfied clients and respected peers.
Collaboration Over Competition
The Arkansas Wellness Collective is built on collaboration.
We believe that the strongest wellness ecosystems are interconnected. Our practitioners are open to building professional relationships, referring appropriately, and working alongside others — both within their modality and across complementary disciplines.
Growth-Minded & Engaged
We welcome practitioners who actively want to grow their businesses and increase visibility for holistic wellness across the state.
The Collective works best when members are engaged, responsive, and excited to be part of something larger than their individual practice.
Practice Space Standards
Practitioners in the Arkansas Wellness Collective are encouraged to maintain clean, safe, and professionally presented spaces that align with the values of wellness, respect, and client care upheld throughout the collective.
Professional & Legal Standards
Practitioners within the Arkansas Wellness Collective are expected to operate their businesses in accordance with applicable Arkansas laws, licensing requirements, and professional standards relevant to the services they provide.

Businesses featured within the collective are encouraged to provide clear information regarding services, pricing, scheduling, and policies while maintaining practices that support client well-being and align with the broader mission of health and wellness.
