Attention: This Regional Directory Is Currently Under Development
The Arkansas Wellness Collective is actively growing across the state, and some regional directories are still in the early stages of development. Our Central Arkansas network is currently the most active and frequently updated area of the collective as we continue building momentum statewide.
We appreciate your patience during this process and invite you to explore our Central Arkansas search page in the meantime.

Southern Arkansas — including communities such as Texarkana, El Dorado, Pine Bluff, Magnolia, Camden, Hope, and Arkadelphia — is known for its timber and oil history, scenic Ouachita landscapes, strong agricultural roots, and resilient small-town communities. Spanning Polk, Montgomery, Sevier, Little River, Howard, Miller, Lafayette, Hempstead, Pike, Columbia, Nevada, Clark, Hot Spring, Dallas, Ouachita, Union, Calhoun, Grant, Cleveland, Bradley, Jefferson, Lincoln, Drew, Ashley, and Chicot counties, this region blends rural living with several established regional hubs. Holistic and alternative wellness services are present throughout Southern Arkansas, particularly in larger cities like Texarkana, El Dorado, Pine Bluff, and Magnolia, where residents can find massage therapy, chiropractic care, counseling, integrative nutrition, women’s health support, and other complementary services. In more rural counties, practitioners may be fewer and more geographically dispersed, but many serve multiple surrounding areas or offer virtual appointments, making it possible to access quality wellness care across this broad and diverse region.
