Homeopathy

Homeopathy is a traditional system of complementary wellness that uses highly diluted preparations derived from plants, minerals, and other natural substances. It is based on two foundational principles. The first, often described as “like supports like,” suggests that a substance associated with certain symptoms in a healthy person may, in a highly diluted form, be selected to support someone experiencing similar patterns. The second principle, known as the “law of minimum dose,” holds that remedies are prepared through a process of serial dilution and succession (vigorous shaking), which practitioners believe enhances the energetic properties of the preparation.
