Andi Jones is the founder of the Arkansas Wellness Collective, a growing network dedicated to connecting the public with trusted wellness professionals across Arkansas. With a passion for holistic wellness, community building, and professional integrity, Andi created the collective to support practitioners in expanding their visibility, building meaningful connections, and contributing to a more collaborative and respected wellness landscape. Her work is rooted in the belief that wellness is most impactful when practitioners are empowered, supported, and united by a shared commitment to helping others thrive.

The Vision Behind the Collective
“Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in wellness-focused environments and alongside a wide variety of practitioners in different communities across the United States. Through those experiences, I saw firsthand how valuable strong professional connections can be — not only for practitioners, but for the people seeking support and care. In many wellness communities, practitioners had access to trusted professional networks that made it easier to build relationships, share resources, and refer clients to other practitioners when additional support was needed.
At the same time, I recognized the incredible passion, knowledge, and dedication that already exists within Arkansas’s wellness community. I created the Arkansas Wellness Collective with the vision of building a strong, connected network of wellness professionals across the state, so that every person in Arkansas who is seeking high-quality wellness support knows exactly where to turn. My hope is that, over time, this collective effort helps strengthen wellness access throughout Arkansas and contributes to moving our state toward better overall health outcomes nationally.
My goal is to help foster a wellness community rooted in collaboration over competition, professional integrity, meaningful relationships, and a shared commitment to helping people live healthier, more balanced lives. Through the collective, I hope to create meaningful connections that support practitioners, empower the public, and contribute to a healthier future for Arkansas as a whole.”
Philosophy and Values
At the core, I believe that wellness is most impactful when practitioners work together — supporting one another, sharing knowledge, and referring clients across different modalities when additional care or perspective may be beneficial. Every practitioner brings a unique background, training, and understanding of human health, and those differences can become a powerful strength when rooted in mutual respect, education, and collaboration.
I have a deep respect for all healing approaches that genuinely support the body and mind, improve quality of life, and prioritize the well-being of the individual without causing further harm. I developed the Arkansas Wellness Collective in order to help create a professional and connected wellness community where diverse perspectives can work together in service of healthier individuals, families, and communities across Arkansas.
Background
My professional background includes wellness consulting, community building, client care, and operational management across a variety of environments. My experience includes roles as a Healthy Eating Specialist at Whole Foods in Houston, TX, and as a wellness consultant with People’s Rx in Austin, TX and Bozeman, MT, along with work as a private nutrition coach.
Over the years, I have worked alongside a wide range of wellness professionals and supported wellness-focused businesses, developing a strong appreciation for the importance of connection, organization, and trust within health-focused communities.

How I Support Practitioners
The Arkansas Wellness Collective is built to help practitioners be more easily found by the people who are actively seeking their services. Each practitioner has a dedicated presence within the network that helps communicate who they are, what they do, and how they support the health and well-being of their clients.
Beyond visibility, I help create opportunities for connection within the wellness community itself — making it easier for practitioners to find one another, build professional relationships, and refer clients across different modalities when additional support is needed. The intention is to reduce isolation in the field and strengthen the referral pathways that already exist in healthy, thriving wellness ecosystems.
My role is to support that infrastructure so practitioners can stay focused on their work, while the collective helps carry more of the connection, discovery, and community-building in the background.
Vision for the Future
My vision for the Arkansas Wellness Collective is to help create a connected network of wellness professionals across the state, so that anyone in Arkansas looking for support can more easily find trusted, qualified practitioners in one place. I want the collective to serve as a simple, reliable way for people to navigate the wellness space and feel confident in where they’re turning for care.
Over time, I hope this network naturally strengthens relationships between practitioners, encourages collaboration across different modalities, and makes it easier to refer clients when another type of support is needed. The intention is to support a more connected, cooperative wellness community that ultimately serves people more effectively.
Long term, I see this as part of a larger effort to support better health outcomes in Arkansas by making high-quality wellness care more visible, more accessible, and more integrated into everyday life.
